Certifications

Already since 1999, the organization has obtained for all the establishments the certification according to the rule UNI EN ISO 9002:94 with DNV, now changed in the UNI EN ISO 9001:00. Besides the Quality System certification, in the perspective of a controlled supply chain Spreafico manages a big part of its purchasing with products coming from Global Gap certified companies.

Our structures are certified by I.C.E.A. about the management of the Organic Productions and for the products coming from Organic Agriculture, according to the Reg CEE 2092/91 and the company is controlled by Check Fruit for the use of the regional quality brand for the valorisation of typical products as as "I.G.P." (Pears of Emilia Romagna with Protected Geographical Indication) and "D.O.P." ( Potatoes from Bologna with Protected Origin Denomination)

The Santa Maria Codifiume packing house is the first inside the all group to be certified according to the standard B.R.C. and I.F.S. under Cmi international standards and controls.

So the whole supply chain is managed in order to keep the tracing requirements; according to Spreafico these requirements consist in the identification of productive companies that have contributed to the making of unities of product that can be singularly identified.
