aspect and taste

Varieties are: Corno Di Toro Giallo or Rosso. Varieties with a square shape: Yolo Wonder, California Wonder, Quadrato d'Asti, Melody Marengo. Sweet peppers are classified depending on the colours. All sweet peppers are green when unripe and they change the colour when they ripen. The main colour is red, although other colours are also available including gold, purple, orange and brown. All sweet peppers have got a thick pulp, a bright colour skin, and a quite sweet flavour that becomes sweeter when they ripen. Coloured peppers are usuallyt sweeter than green peppers.

maintenance

To avoid damages caused by cold temperatures do not conserve at less than 42 degrees F/6 centigrade degrees.
For a better quality, handle the peppers with attention, do not put the packages on the ground.
