Mango is produced in Brasil, India, Ivory Coast, PerĂ¹, Mexico, Costa Rica and Israel.

This fruit is round-oval, similar to pear in size. The juicy yellow-orange pulp surrounds a flat seed. The thin green skin turns to yellow-green or yellow with red tonalities as the fruit ripens. Mature mangoes are soft to gentle pressure and they have got a delicate aroma.
